1. Payment: Payment for the services provided by 3Dvision is due as per the agreed terms mentioned on the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

 

2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled virtual tour. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

 

3. Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling the virtual tour should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate the new schedule, subject to availability.

 

4. Preparation: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the premises are appropriately prepared for the virtual tour. This includes maintaining cleanliness, providing adequate lighting, and removing or concealing any items that should not be featured in the tour.

 

5. Ownership and Usage: All virtual tour content, including photos and videos, remains the sole property of 3Dvision. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content solely for their business purposes. Unauthorized distribution, replication, or resale of the content is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Liability: While we exercise utmost care during the virtual tour process, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen issues or limitations that may arise. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

 

7. Confidentiality: Any confidential information or trade secrets shared during the virtual tour process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality by 3Dvision.

 

8. Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version will apply to all new engagements.
